h:j:k is a performance of metaphor regarding the formation of our ego-system and identity. In the performance, the subjects exchange their head-figure indices, which is a physical proportion index.
My physical index which is made to fit the height of other people has either shortage or surplus and I cut my physical index with scissors or add paper to fill the gaps. This process compares to judgment on, or reorganization of, myself by the perspective of other people. My physical index which has kept changing to fit the height of other people does not fit me any more when it returns to me again.
